Probably just you: Around 5% of otherwise-normally masculinized men never get chest hair and can never grow a beard (paul newman was like this). I'm going to assume that you have several strong erections daily and ejaculate normally -- if not, get with your physician about this. In the usa, many women strongly and even outspokenly prefer a "naturally smooth" man. Lean & muscular looks good whatever the genetics.
