Probably exhausted: Stressed and lacking sleep. Get enough rest & sleep, eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies ; go see your dr for a comprehensive blood work to include tsh/ thyroid hormone. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help the pain. Energy drinks may help temporarily but take it if your blood pressure is normal and u don't have heart disease .Hope u feel better!
