These symptoms do occur with both Covid and mundane viral upper respiratory tract infections. However your symptoms,in my opinion, are more suggestive of Covid and I recommend getting tested. In the meantime notify your physician, rest up, self isolate, drink plenty of fluids, take Acetaminophen, zinc,vitamin D.
