Pinched nerve: This sounds like a pinched nerve in your spine. Without a neurology exam, i can't tell you which nerve root, but almost certainly it is in the lumbar spine. A visit to the neurologist and an l-spine MRI would likely be indicated. There are often good medications available for this type of pain.
