A member asked:

3 weeks now, small rashy looking red spots next to both eyes above my cheekbones. don't itch at all. rx hydrocortisone doesn't help. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rash on face: It is really not possible to diagnose a rash without seeing it, but based on location and your description, rosacea certainly is a possibility. This is a form of acne which is often treated with topical antibiotic cream, ointment or gel containing metronidazole and sometimes systemic antibiotics such as doxycycline.
