See a doctor: Hi. Are you a type 1 or type 2? Any kidney failure? Any family history of premature coronary artery disease (CAD)? Your symptoms sound characteristic of angina. CAD is a diagnosis that should not be missed; should be diagnosed and treated. If not CAD, then other conditions can be considered. Evaluate the most dangerous stuff first. Good luck!

For around 4 days, but my left chest, left foot, and left arm have been weak or tight or numb, and sometimes I get lightheaded, and I find myself burping 3-4 times when drinking anything like water. My average heart beat is 110 bpm and it beats hard.
