See below: Without knowing your medical history and the ability to question and examine you I can only give you general information. Symptomatic coronary artery disease is unusual in patients age 31 but does occur, particularly in very heavy smokers. Angina occurs with exertion and relieved with rest. In patients with chest discomfort at rest, but who can exercise without pain, the pain is not angina.
