Yes: There are several other places where blood can be drawn, hands, groin, neck, etc., but this site is the most common one to use.

Other options: Blood can be drawn from any available vein in the arm including the hand, forearm and inner elbow area. In rare instances and in urgent circumstances blood can even be drawn from the vein in the groin but this is not done as a routine.
