See a doctor ASAP: There are many causes of increased vaginal discharge, pelvic area pain, and fever. If you are sexually active, these 3 symptoms together could indicate an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, perhaps with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). There are several non-STD possibilities as well. Whatever the cause, it is urgent; see a doctor or clinic ASAP. Good luck!
