Hard to say: Vaginal bleeding should not occur with an antibiotic unless you have another infection. Now a urinary tract infection can cause bleeding but should not come from the vagina but from the urethra. Deep can cause vaginal bleeding or irregular periods. Consider seeing a doctor in person if there is further concern. Good luck.
