Stop worrying: The antibodies don't mean she's infectious. Hopefully you've already kissed her, since she's your mother. That's probably more "risky" than sharing a toothbrush -- and who'd forego it? The vast majority of humankind have HSV1 antibodies. Why worry about her? You've shared toothbrushes before. With no active lesion, the infection risk is near zero.
