Exam: Cannot be diagnosed online. Please make an appointment for a comprehensive physicial examination to included blood and urine testing. You should have a hormone check and a pregnacy test included.

Use a home test: To rule out pregnancy. Then see your doctor. Hormone issues are varied and things like thyroid dysfunction can seem like early pregnancy. Talk it over with your regular doc and see what you are able to determine. You maybe anemic too. The possibilities are broad, so you will need an in person visit. Best wishes.
