Possible STD: A number of different things can cause your period to be irregular, including being sick with something else. Your symptoms are somewhat concerning. If you have unprotected sex since your last normal menstrual cycle, it would be a good idea to be evaluated for STD, which could certainly cause the symptoms that you are having. A pregnancy test is also not a bad idea.
