Prob negative: It's probably negative, since you did have bleeding. To make sure, you can wait a few days and retest.

Not Pregnancy: Your symptoms sound like an infection of either the urinary tract or the cervix or both. But, you also must go get a blood test for pregnancy since the urine tests contradict each other.
