May cause dizziness: Taking a double dose any blood pressure medication has the potential to drop your blood pressure to low levels and may lead to dizziness. Monitor your blood pressure and avoid any rapid changes in posture. If you blood pressure is below 90/60 and you are dizzy you should have someone take to an urgent care center for evaluation.
