Generic meds ok,: Acne Rx takes time to work and often the full benefit of the medication isn't seen for about 2-3 months. If you have just started Rx, I recommend giving it more time. If significantly worse, please contact the doctor that gave you the Rx. Additon of oral meds for a short time my get you through this period.

Acne: those are strong medications. Try proactive but definitely follow up with your dermatologist
