Not cervical spine: Central sleep apnea is caused by brain control center and is rare although possible. Obstructive sleep apnea is more common and is related to obesity. Overnight pulse ox can diagnose either problem. CPAP is treatment. Now, cardiac problems can also cause fatigue such as ischemic heart disease. Do you have good sleep hygiene? Look at the basics first and correct. May need sleep study, echo etc.
