Likely okay : The concept of a mucous plug doesn't hold a lot of weight.... Mucous is produced every day by the cervix, more so in pregnancy. I've had a lot of patients who go into labor never having lost their "plug" and just as many who think they've lost their mucous who aren't in labor. If you have cramp or bleeding then go to L&D right away. See MD and ask for cervix length ultrasound to check for labor
