Evaluation: you should be evaluated and have biopsy of lump to find the cause ,and to be treated

See below: A lump "under the right armpit and another below ribs" which feels numb...is too vague of a description to give any meaningful advice. A physician would want to examine it and know how long it's been present and if it is tender. Depending on the size, location, tenderness etc it could be any one of a number of things. If concerned it's best to have a physician examine the area.
