I have pain on the inside of my heel. not underneath. there is a definite spot when i touch it hurts. hurts when walking and even sitting. ideas?

Medial heel pain: If you are referring to the "inside of your heel" -or side closest to your other foot- this could be medial band pain from the plantar fascia which can radiate to the medial heel. Other important structures are in this area. Small nerve (Baxter's Nerve) can create pain on medial heel and this needs attention by foot specialist to resolve. Possible blood vessel issue. Recommend getting checked.
