Fifth's disease: If she has a "slapped cheek appearance" for a few days after a mild illness this could be Fifth's disease which is related to Parvovirus. Rash may spread to other parts of the body over the next few days. Nothing to worry about, need to inform pregnant contacts in first trimester due to theoretical risk of injury to the fetus.
