I have a lump in the bottom of my right armpit, it is bean sized and only slightly irritating. don't know if i should be concerned, been 5 days, m/27?

Get it examined: It is probably a skin infection, called folliculitis or a lymph node, which can lead to similar bumps. The sooner you get it treated the better. Otherwise it can get bigger and may need a needle aspiration.
