You can be.: Hello, At 12 weeks the uterus is just rising out of the pelvis, so it would not normally "show". But if the dates were wrong and the uterus were bigger then yes. If the Uterus was enlarged as in the case of Fibroids then yes again. If there were twins then yes again. There are many reasons that the uterus may appear larger than expected at this early gestational age.
