See below:: The tingling feeling is probably due to an increased blood flow to this area in preparation for delivery. Many women have some swelling in their feet and ankles near term. You may want to have your blood pressure checked. A combination of swelling and elevated blood pressure is a sign of pre-eclampsia. Best wishes!
