A couple thoughts: Tingling could well be associated with hyperventilation which could affect acid-base balance, and this could be associated with pulmonary issues. Some meds cause tingling, like topirimate. Might be an initial signs of peripheral neuropathy, but if associated with leg weakness, might represent spinal cord compression. If you have concerns about any of this, ask your doctor's advice.
