Hormonal imbalance: Your abnormal PAP and menstrual irregularities are likely to be unrelated. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist as it may not be a suitable topic for this forum. You may wish to start taking oral iron supplements to prevent anemia from excessive bleeding.
