Work??: Silver has been used for an antibiotic long ago but it is mostly used now for wealth. If your buying silver solution your contributing to someones wealth but not likely to your own health. Silver (and gold) can be toxic as well. Grandma always said "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is". Stick with fda proven treatments not snake oils from yesteryear.
