Miscarriage: You can expect some cramping and bleeding that can vary quite a bit. It can last hours or days. If bleeding and cramping stops completely, then it is probably complete. An ultrasound can tell for sure. If there is very heavy bleeding, dizziness, or severe pain, then get checked by a gyn or ER.
