Hi, i had a natural miscarriage 6 weeks ago. i've been bleeding ever since.u/s shows 19mm endometrium and debris on yesterday. should i have a d&c?

See your OB: What did your OB say ?U need a D&C which we do in office and they can give u some Cytotec (misoprostol) first to help u pass everything 6 weeks way too long to keep bleeding, and i would give u some oral antibiotics for a few days to make sure u do not get an endometritis.
