Spotting: PCOS can make it hard to get pregnant. It is one of the most common causes of not making an egg each month. You may need to see your Gyn doc for some help getting pregnant. The pink/orange spotting may be breakthrough bleeding. This is common with PCOS. You should also do a pregnancy test and make sure you aren't pregnant. Best wishes!
