I was strugglin with heart palpitation and i did test everything is fine been taking sertraline and beta blockers ocassionally, and then i stopped and now i get heart palpitations whenever i do some light acitvity what could it be?

Palpitations: Sounds like your heart is structurally sound. At 22 that would be expected. People that have taken a Beta blocker and then stop it often get palpitations. If it has been a couple of days off the medicataion many times your body will adjust and the symptoms resolve. Other causes for palpitations are stimulants, coffee, tea, soda, low magnesium and thyroid problems.
