Benign: No reason to be concerned about cancer; just have the cyst removed surgically before you suffer more from the infection.

Perianal cyst: Perianal cyst or abscess should be drained in a timely manner. Antibiotics by themselves do not work, since it is impossible to sterilize that area, which is constantly exposed to feculent matter, don't waste your time and see a surgeon ASAP, before you get complications of extensive cellulitis and more complicated abscess.
