Get checked asap: There are many reasons you can have pain in the left armpit. There are any unknown factors as well-your age, medical conditions, family history etc. One cause can be heart pain. Therefore, with no other information available about you I would advised your get checked immediately. If you have risk factors for coronary disease, hypertension, cholesterol, overweight you should go to an emergency room
