I'm dying to grow taller.i have been teased alot from my classmate for becoming short.can you suggest me some advice on how to grow taller in a week.

Taller: Sorry but your chances of growing taller are slight. You are very unlikely to gain height in a week. Sorry I don't have better news.

High healed shoes: At eighteen your growth centers have likely closed and you are unlikely to grow taller.If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist & hand can be analysed for bone maturity & tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth.Good nutrition, rest and exercise allow a person to reach their tallest height while the opposite will stunt growth.It wouldn't happen in a week.
