Possibly: Food intolerance or some form of food allergy can cause an inflammatory response that could cause joint pain but it is uncommon.

Unlikely: Food intolerance is any adverse reaction to eating a food. The vast majority of food intolerance reactions are gastrointestinal with crampy belly pain, gassy and diarrhea (like lactose intolerance). Joint pain would be higly unlikely. Other food reactions are to preservatives, dyes, contaminants, flavorings, tyramine, food poisoning, malabsorption from cystic fibrosis, and enzyme deficiencies.

No: Food allergies or intolerances usually are not associated with joint pains.
