Decongestant vs abx: A true sinus infection, with bacterial overgrowth, face pain, fever, etc would need abx and need managed by a physician. Sinus congestion would best be managed by decongestants. I suggest an evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider if you have any concerns. Good luck.
