Swelling: If it is new and on your leg it likely an area of swelling secondary to hitting your leg on something. Can be something you really do not remember. People can get other soft tissue tumors or cysts on there leg, but it would be unusual for them to show up suddenly. Try compression and cool compress. I would anticipate this should resolve.
