Not the key: Food choices are seldom critical to health, especially vascular health. Eat your sardines if you like them. It is far more important that you exercise, stay fit and trim, manage any cholestetol, blood pressure and/or blood sugar issues with meds if required, and not smoke. That is enough of a challenge and if you do thAt, eat what you please within the limits of good sense.
