More info needed: You will need a full exam with many more questions asked and answered to fully address this problem. You will likely need to have a doctor not only examine you abdomen but do some blood tests, maybe some stool studies if necessary, and maybe even x-rays or CT scan to see what's going on depending on the answers to their questions and results of your exam.
