Third molars: If the swelling is in lips then it is most likely not related to your wisdom tooth coming in. Did you possibly bump or bit your lip?

Unrelated: Your wisdom teeth should not be affecting your lip. Another cause might be the culprit.. a burn, an allergy, a bite, even an infected anterior tooth.
