Could be many things: ongoing menstrual cycle bleeding or spotting for two months could be caused by several things - thyroid problems, other hormone problems, infections, bleeding disorders or other structural vaginal or uterine lesions Would recommend an evaluation by doctor with pelvic exam and blood tests
