Having sharp pains that feel like contractions but im not pregnant. what could it be?

Location?: Probably the most common cause would be gas pain. Some gas X or a generic version of that should help. Lots of other possibilities from a urinary tract infection to constipation. Need more information about the location and other symptoms.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.
