Lhermitte's phenomena: Forward flexion of the head may cause electrical like sensation in the spine. This forward flexion occurs in the Barbers chair "so called barber chair sign" (read about it) In some people this may be a symptom of cervical stenosis, Devic Syndrome or MS.
