Don't use that: supplements like black cohash aren't FDA regulated so the effect can't be well controlled like a dosed medication even though you are giving a dose. Walking will help especially if you're having some contractions already. Castor oil to cause diarrhea will help as well. Sex is also fine, though at plus one station it might be uncomfortable. Lastly ask for induction.
