Irregular bleeding: Sometimes it's not terribly unusual to have some spotting in the middle of your cycle no matter what your age is.Our hormones aren't perfect and can sometimes increase and/or decrease at times in our cycles when they traditionally don't.It's nothing to be too concerned with,although traditionally the first day of your cycle is the first day of your period and last day the last day before you start
