Temperature on Meds: Your Triamcinolone is likely fine after being in the cold car all night. But if you are concerned, call a pharmacy and ask to speak to the pharmacist. Creams and ointments do not generally get affected by cooler temperatures. I would be more concerned with excessive heat.
