Yes you should see: A doctor. Anytime you have pain that does not go away, i think a doctor's visit is a wise idea.

Many things...: Most likely it is related to muscle, or musculoskeletal structures. That said, it could be related to ovary, bladder, bowel. Hard to say without knowing more specifics. If persistent, see your doc.
