Yes , can be related: Arch pain due can be caused by a number of reasons. If you were casted or immobilized for the leg break, sometimes this will cause soft tissues to become irritated. A leg break can cause an injury to a nerve which can be responsible for arch pain. I recommend that you see a doctor who can evaluate and treat your arch pain. You may want to ask your doctor about physical therapy. Good luck!
