Chlamydia: If it is chlamydia you have to be treated with Zithromax (if not allergic) 250 mg 4 tabs x 1, it is prescription so you may have to go to doctor urgent care or ER.Chlamydia can be asymtomatic ( not many symtoms) and may be associated with infertility so please find the time to get checked.

Just do it!: Sorry, there are no shortcuts. Chlamydia is quite common at your age (19), and you should be checked for it at least once a year, regardless of particular exposures. Since you're concerned about a previous exposure, you need testing for sure. "Have no time" is no excuse; it will take 1-2 hours out of your life. Otherwise you're risking your ability to have children in the future. Just do it!
