Do Not Delay: You need to see your PCP immediately and get a referral to a GI doctor or a colon and rectal surgeon for a rapid GI work up. This is probably some form of colitis and you need diagnosis and treatment quickly before you get much sicker and more anemic. Also if it is something more serious, the earlier the diagnosis the better. 10 days is long enough to wait to see a doctor or go to ER!! Don't wait!
